SYA Summer, an extension of School Year Abroad (SYA), is excited to offer five-week summer programs in China, France and Spain that run from June through July. Inspired by SYA, a pioneer in high school study abroad since 1964, SYA Summer is designed for students who are dedicated to dramatically improving their language proficiency. SYA Summer's focus on intensive language instruction and immersion in the culture enables you to make significant progress in the language while experiencing the sights and sounds of the city and country you are joining.

Lodging with a caring host family; numerous extracurricular opportunities; frequent afternoon and weekend excursions in and around Beijing, Rennes or Zaragoza and a carefully planned week of travel at the end of each session add up to one positive summer experience of growth.
