• Merit scholarship applicants
from both member and non-member schools must submit a complete application by February 1, 2013.
• General applicants from Member Schools have a unique set of instructions and deadlines, as determined by their school's coordinator. Click here

• Applicants can start the application process online
at any time in the fall or winter, although we request that teacher recommendations not be sent to us until after Thanksgiving. The sooner Part I of the application and fee are submitted, the sooner SYA will be able to assign each applicant an interviewer. Deadline for a non-member application is February 15, 2013.
• Financial aid applicants from both member and non-member schools must submit all required financial aid documents by February 15, 2013.
• The SYA Financial Aid
Office is separate from the Admissions Office. Families hoping to receive a financial aid award must submit all the required documents in order to be considered.
